Club swimming will commence after labour weekend, presuming the lake temperatures exceed our thresholds. | Our club runs are all-access events which operate over a range of courses. While it’s called a ‘run’, in fact we will often emphasise strength and core as part of our runs. | A mainstay of our club for the last three years, our Friday Ride has become an institution. We operate these rides over a range of courses and always operate a ‘no drop’ protocol. |

If inclement weather exceeds our safety thresholds for any of our training events, I will endeavour to notify everyone 2 hours before the start time – but this can occur closer to the time if the weather change is sudden!
Novice Division (Formerly the Girls’ Division)
Just before lockdown, we initiated our novice rides – and they turned out to be very popular. We’re planning to re-introduce these on Tuesday 3 November – so do let us know if you’re keen to come along.
