Club swimming will commence after labour weekend, presuming the lake temperatures exceed our thresholds.
Our club runs are all-access events which operate over a range of courses. While it’s called a ‘run’, in fact we will often emphasise strength and core as part of our runs.

A mainstay of our club for the last three years, our Friday Ride has become an institution. We operate these rides over a range of courses and always operate a ‘no drop’ protocol.
THIS WEEK:
“Jumping around town”
THIS WEEK:
“Mt Barker Power Sets”

If inclement weather exceeds our safety thresholds for any of our training events, I will endeavour to notify everyone 2 hours before the start time – but this can occur closer to the time if the weather change is sudden!

Novice Division (Formerly the Girls’ Division)

Just before lockdown, we initiated our novice rides – and they turned out to be very popular. We’re planning to re-introduce these on Tuesdays during Week 2 of this term – so do let us know if you’re keen to come along

Our club is all about participation, and alongside the excellent commitment of the student athletes, we welcome family members and members of the community to join us in all of our training sessions. They’re designed to accommodate all levels and abilities and are a lot of fun. If you have it in mind that you’d like to join any of our regular sessions, simply let me know and we’ll make sure you have all the information you need.
