This week is the build-up for the South Island Road Cycle Champs!

Monday 1 July

Club Swim – 7:00pm. Recreation Centre – Club Fitness Swim: Lane 3, 4 and 5

Our club fitness swim will always be free to all comers.

Thursday 4 July

Club Run Val’s in the Northern Hemisphere so we’ll all be heading out for a recreational Run with Chris (Urban Ridgeline). Meet Room 23 at 3:30 pm All welcome.

Friday 5 July – No Ride

Saturday-Sunday 6-7 July – South Island Secondary Schools’ Cycle Champs

They’re designed to accommodate all levels and abilities and are a lot of fun. If you have it in mind that you’d like to join any of our regular sessions, simply let me know and we’ll make sure you have all the information you need.
