If you wish to participate in our open water swim sessions, please speak to Chris to arrange an opportunity to complete our club open water test.
Thursday 21 March
Club Run – Meet Room 23 at 3:30 pm. Speed with Val and Sticky Forest Fartlek with Chris. All welcome.
Friday 22 March
Club Ride: Hawea Flat Graded Ride – Meet Room 23 at 3:30 pm. We’ll ride to Hawea Flat and do some graded group sets.

Adults and U16’s
- 400m run, 5km or 10km MTB, 3K run Juniors 8 -12 yrs: 400m run, 5k MTB, 1K run Juniors 7 and under: 400m run, 600m bike
- Plus 10K bike only, 3K run only and team options ( TEAMS OF TWO)
Adults and U16’s : $20
Juniors U12: $10

If anyone knows of someone who has a road bike gathering dust in their garage that they might see themselves loaning to the club for new riders, please do put them in touch with me. Already the club has three bikes, a wetsuit and numerous smaller items that have been donated and are being put to good use – but there’s always demand!

Our club is all about participation, and alongside the excellent commitment of the student athletes, we welcome family members and members of the community to join us in all of our training sessions. They’re designed to accommodate all levels and abilities and are a lot of fun. If you have it in mind that you’d like to join any of our regular sessions, simply let me know and we’ll make sure you have all the information you need.
