The weekly Newsletter for the Mount Aspiring College Tri Sport Club. We have a new Ride Course – Riverbank Road TT

Monday 13 May

Club Swim – 7:00pm. Recreation Centre – Team Fitness Swim – Lane 3 – Jack, Theo, Cooper and Morgan – Lane 4 Technique coaching with Merryn .

MERRYN’S SWIM COACHING

Merryn is offering technique coaching to club members this term. She plans to run six sessions in the same slot as our club swim on the following dates: 13, 20, 27 May, 3, 10, 17 June. The club will continue to pay for the lane hire and will subsidise anyone who wants to sign up for coaching. The cost to you will be $30.00 for the six sessions.

Our usual club fitness swim will continue at the usual time and will always be free to all comers.

Thursday 16 May

Club Run – Meet Room 23 at 3:30 pm. Speed with Val and Recreational Run with Chris (Mt Iron Challenge – Rabbit Run). All welcome.

Friday 17 May

Club Ride: New Course: Riverbank Road TT Sets – Meet Room 23 at 3:30 pm.

Remember to bring lights and warm clothing – now that daylight savings has ended it’s going to get dark and cold fast in the evenings. Lights are now compulsory for all riders

We will be aiming to depart no later than 3:45 on Fridays

Our club is all about participation, and alongside the excellent commitment of the student athletes, we welcome family members and members of the community to join us in all of our training sessions. They’re designed to accommodate all levels and abilities and are a lot of fun. If you have it in mind that you’d like to join any of our regular sessions, simply let me know and we’ll make sure you have all the information you need.
