Information about the Event
SENIOR (U19): Triathlon 750m harbour swim / 20km cycle (5 laps) / 5km run (2 laps) Duathlon: 2km run / 20km cycle (5 laps) / 5km run (2 laps)
INTERMEDIATE (U16) & JUNIOR (U14): Triathlon 300m swim / 12km cycle (3 laps) / 2.5km run (1 lap); Duathlon 2km run / 12 km cycle (3 laps) / 2.5 km run (1 lap)

- All races are drafting legal.
- No riders can use aero-bars for this event.
- All bike types are accepted in the intermediate event.
