For members of the squad who are travelling with the club vehicle, here are the key times and information:
|Depart Mount Aspiring College in school van with bikes on specialist trailer.|
|18:00||Arrive Omarama Top 10 Holiday Park for overnight. Sleeping in cabins.|
|19:00||Dinner – local establishments|
|Breakfast of Champions|
|06:30||Depart for Oamaru|
|08:00||Unpack Vans, set up marquee, recce the course with the Watsons|
|09.45||All Athlete Briefing|
|10:00||Intermediate and Junior Sec Start|
|10:15||Senior Secondary Start|
|12:30||Source some local grub|
|14:00||Depart for Wanaka|
|16:30||Arrive at Mount Aspiring College|

Information about the Event
SENIOR (U19): Triathlon 750m harbour swim / 20km cycle (5 laps) / 5km run (2 laps) Duathlon: 2km run / 20km cycle (5 laps) / 5km run (2 laps)
INTERMEDIATE (U16) & JUNIOR (U14): Triathlon 300m swim / 12km cycle (3 laps) / 2.5km run (1 lap); Duathlon 2km run / 12 km cycle (3 laps) / 2.5 km run (1 lap)

- All races are drafting legal.
- No riders can use aero-bars for this event.
- All bike types are accepted in the intermediate event.
