    This is a cool video team! (Love the music Chris!)
    However most importantly I am so impressed with how each of you stepped up for the session, committing the best of the energy you had on the day and being willing to enter the HURT BOX! Whilst we don’t want to do it every time we train, it’s good to experience and know how it feels so that you’re in control of it when you race.
    Keep up your awesome work and commitment to yourselves and each other.
