This ride is over varied terrain and we use this as a club to practice group riding, hills, power sets and is great for aerobic volume. Three of the 6 stages of the Yunca Tour of Southland race require a combination of these skills.
We will regularly return to this section over the next 4 months – and we encourage you to use it to test yourself when you’re out riding too.
