Our weekly training plan, all in one place.

Monday 27 May

Club Swim – 7:00pm. Recreation Centre – Club Fitness Swim: Lane 4-5 – Jack, Theo, Cooper, Hugo, Ben and Morgan – Lane 3 Technique coaching with Merryn .

Our club fitness swim will always be free to all comers.

Thursday 30 May

Club Run Speed with Val and Recreational Run with Chris (Sticky Forest Free Run). Meet Room 23 at 3:30 pm All welcome.

Friday 17 May

Club Ride: Mt Barker Group Riding and Criterium Attack Skills – Meet Room 23 at 3:30 pm.

Remember to bring lights and warm clothing – now that daylight savings has ended it’s going to get dark and cold fast in the evenings. Lights are now compulsory for all riders

We will be aiming to depart no later than 3:45 on Fridays

Our club is all about participation, and alongside the excellent commitment of the student athletes, we welcome family members and members of the community to join us in all of our training sessions. They’re designed to accommodate all levels and abilities and are a lot of fun. If you have it in mind that you’d like to join any of our regular sessions, simply let me know and we’ll make sure you have all the information you need.
